    Councillor Dale Harriman was elected Latrobe City’s new mayor at a special council meeting held last night. Councillor Peter Gibbons was elected deputy mayor.
    Outgoing mayor, Cr Sharon Gibson, was thanked by council for her leadership during the past twelve months, and presented with a ceremonial gavel in recognition of her service.
