Council Offices

Can be made at any of our service centres. Hours for payment are 8.30am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday at any one of the following locations:

Direct Debit

If your details have changed please complete the change of details form.

Australia Post

Take your invoice / statement with barcode and pay at any Australia Post branch.

Phone 13 18 16 (mobile phone calls are charged at mobile phone rates).

Have your invoice / statement handy to obtain the Post billpay code and reference number.

Mail

Make cheques payable to LATROBE CITY COUNCIL crossed 'Not Negotiable'.  Mail the cheque and remittance advice to Latrobe City Council, PO Box 264 Morwell 3840.

If you don't have a remittance advice please include your name, contact details and your debtor account number so we can allocate your payment to the correct account.

Child Care Centres

You can make payments to Child Care Centres during normal business hours.  EFTPOS and cheque payments only.  No cash .
