Property values for Houses, Units/Apartments and Vacant House Blocks continue to increase in Latrobe City. The median house price in Latrobe City has more than doubled since 2000.
BUILDING APPROVALS
The level of Building Approvals in Latrobe City has increased substantially with a total value of $133 million in approvals for the calendar year to July 2007. This is considerably higher than 12 month totals for 2005 and 2006.
