Detailed Boundary Description

Commencing on the western boundary of allotment 39, Parish of Boola Boola at Rintoul Creek, being a point on the northern boundary of the Shire; thence southerly by Rintoul Creek to the La Trobe River; thence easterly by that river to the western boundary of Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision 445366; thence southerly by that boundary and further southerly by Grubb Avenue to Tyers Road; thence easterly by that road to Clarke Street; thence southerly by that street and westerly by Kay Street to Loch Park Road; thence southerly by that to road and westerly by the Princes Highway to the Princes Freeway; thence westerly by that freeway to Princes Drive; thence westerly by that drive to the eastern boundary of the Parish of Maryvale; thence northerly by that boundary to Old Melbourne Road; thence westerly by that road to the road forming the eastern boundary of allotment 25; thence northerly and north-westerly by that road to the southern boundary of allotment 29A; thence easterly by that boundary, northerly by the eastern boundary of that allotment and a line in continuation to the La Trobe River; thence north-westerly by that river to the Tyers River; thence northerly by that river to the north-western boundary of the Shire, and thence northerly and easterly by the city boundary to the point of commencement.
