Commencing on the north-western boundary of the City at the Moe-Rawson Road; thence south-easterly by the Moe-Rawson Road to Moore Street; thence southerly by that street to Haigh Street; thence easterly by that street to the Narracan Creek; thence southerly by that creek to Borrmans Street; thence westerly by that street and southerly by Wirraway Street to Tambo Road; thence westerly by that road to the western boundary of the City, and thence northerly and north-easterly by the boundary of the city to the point of commencement.
